Spending Time in Prayer and God's Word

I believe in the power of prayer and I know that without prayer, life is full of anxiety and uncertainty. I am grateful to my Lord Jesus Christ for all that He has suffered to allow me the time it has taken to understand the importance of knowing His word. Living in a personal relationship with Jesus gives me the open door to go before the thrown and speak with my Father which is heaven.  I go boldly before the thrown and power of God knowing that He wants good and not evil for me as His daughter.  Yes, I am a daughter of the King who reigns in Heaven and on Earth providing for us that are apart of His family for all eternity.

Going before God is a mighty humbling experience.  I have had so many instances over the past several years where I have been forced to pray, and this has made me realize that when I'm not seeking God in prayer and worship, I become overwhelmed and circumstances become chaotic to the point I drop to my knees to pray.  I believe my lesson in this is that where God wants us, he leads us.  I am always being led back to earnest prayer when things go wrong, so I am taking this time to learn not to get out of earnest prayer.  I know that if God wants me in earnest prayer then I need to be in prayer even when circumstances are good.  God forgive me for not being more steadfast in the good times.

TEN CHARACTERISTICS OF MAXING OUT ON GOD'S LOVE

1. You dare to call God your Father. 

2.  You have a personal relationship with God based on love.  That means you fall in love with God.

3.  You send your love back to God through loving other people.  God's arms of love become your arms.  God's heart of love becomes your heart.  God's voice of love becomes your voice.  You fall in love with other people.

4.  You practice God's presence every day, all day long.5.  You give up the need to be right and switch the focus of your life to love.
6.  You move in the direction of the dream that God has placed in your heart.  You act as if that dream is possible and work each day to make it happen.

7.  You use prayer to do a reality check and to align yourself with God's dream for your life.  You trust God's dream because it's good for you and perfect for the type of person who you are.

8.  You open your heart and mind to the power of God's love.  His love washes the toxic waste out of your mind, and heals your damaged emotions.

9.  You live congruently as a whole person with your intellect, emotions, and will all heading in the same direction.  You become an Unstoppable, Consistently Positive, Endlessly Persistent, Doer of Dreams.

10. You spend the rest of your life focusing on God's love and putting good things into your mind.




Find your God given innocence and be the girl that He made from the inside out!



Finding my inner girl through Jesus Christ will allow me to be all that He made me to be and nothing less, but so much more begins to make sense as I exist as He chooses me to exist.  I am happy knowing that life is good as I keep it all real with God.  :)

Challenges in my life have become the lessons that have made me experience the necessary elements towards understanding that I have a good life.  Despite the suffering that comes with correction, the rewards of learning to let go and let God have afforded me peace and wisdom to look forward to everyday as a day of being loved by God, and being able to walk with the mindset of hope and confidence in Christ Jesus.  Thank You Father, God, for your Love that is so huge, You sent Your Son to die for my sins. 

 How does this all fit in with being a girly girl, you might ask?  Well I'm going to illustrate through the Bible what God shows us about being a woman. If God wanted us to be like men, then He would not have made us so different.  I'm not talking physically, I'm talking about the way we think and the way we are instructed such as in Proverbs 31

Pro 31:11 The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need of spoil.

Pro 31:12 She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life. 

Pro 31:13 She seeketh wool, and flax, and worketh willingly with her hands.

Pro 31:14 She is like the merchants' ships; she bringeth her food from afar.

Pro 31:15 She riseth also while it is yet night, and giveth meat to her household, and a portion to her maidens.

Pro 31:16 She considereth a field, and buyeth it: with the fruit of her hands she planteth a vineyard.

Pro 31:17 She girdeth her loins with strength, and strengtheneth her arms.
Pro 31:18 She perceiveth that her merchandise is good: her candle goeth not out by night.
Pro 31:19 She layeth her hands to the spindle, and her hands hold the distaff.

Pro 31:20 She stretcheth out her hand to the poor; yea, she reacheth forth her hands to the needy.
Pro 31:21 She is not afraid of the snow for her household: for all her household are clothed with scarlet.
Pro 31:22 She maketh herself coverings of tapestry; her clothing is silk and purple.

Pro 31:23 Her husband is known in the gates, when he sitteth among the elders of the land.
Pro 31:24 She maketh fine linen, and selleth it; and delivereth girdles unto the merchant.

 
Pro 31:25 Strength and honour are her clothing; and she shall rejoice in time to come.

Pro 31:26 She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness.

Pro 31:27 She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness.
Pro 31:28 Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her.

Pro 31:29 Many daughters have done virtuously, but thou excellest them all.

Pro 31:30 Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the LORD, she shall be praised.

Pro 31:31 Give her of the fruit of her hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates.

Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies.

Well this is the secret to being the in touch with your inner girl, go to the one who created us and He will provide all the answers for each of us to know where we belong within His design for our lives.  Keep in mind at all times that we are daughters of the Almighty King of creation and so we should act like and live as we are royalty.  We are females which means we should be the girls that God made us to be...soft, sweet and beautiful!
